About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist worked in a Hospital and an Engineering College in India for 10 years. Psychology has been my passion since childhood so I went into higher studies in Psychology and worked for years. The theories of Ivan Pavlov and B.F Skinner has always fascinated me in behaviorism. I was born and brought up in an agricultural family and so animals have always been a good companions in my life. I thought of replicating the experiments done by the behaviorists and ended up with an idea to get trained in dog training. Mr. Sanjayan who is an excellent dog trainer retired from Indian Military agreed to be my teacher in learning the training skills. There I came to know its not only the theory but skills are essential part of an effective trainer. Mr. Sanjayan guided me to Mr. Jogi Zank from Germany who is a world renowned dog trainer and teacher. Meeting him was a turning in my professional dog training. He made me accept the fact that if one wants to be a good trainer one must understand the theory well and he must develop his own techniques to manage diverse behavior of different dogs. He always say 'no dog is same and cant be managed same'. Later it was Mr. Sanjayan who guided me to Mr. Arnold Kivago who is another eminent personality in IGP. He had a lot to learn from in terms of tracking, protection and so on.

I have trained nearly 350 dogs in my life for the last 5 years and I must thank all those dogs who widened my understanding about various types of behavior and different learnings systems.
